TERMS OF SERVICE as of 2025

Doggie Duty is an independently owned and operated business that provides pet-waste removal services to residences, businesses and commercial properties. You agree to the following terms of service that govern
the sales and services provided by us. By accepting the Services you hire us for, you are bound to these Terms.
The customer understands our ability to provide the Services can be dependent on weather, condition of grass height, access to your yard, which is your own responsibility, and other unknown outside influences.

DOG WASTE REMOVAL SERVICE
Doggie Duty offers residential and commercial pet waste removal services. These services include One Time Clean, Weekly Cleaning, Every Other Week Cleaning, Twice a Week Cleaning, and Seasonal Cleaning. All pricing is based on the size of your yard and how many dogs you have.

ACCESSING YOUR YARD
The Customer understands that if Doggie Duty can’t access the area, a fee will still be applied to account- the next week’s scoop will have additional to pick up. Access includes, unlocked gates and dog free yards. If you need a locked gate, please arrange a key or a combo lock with me to ensure we don’t miss any scoops.
WEATHER
Doggie Duty will work through the rain and cold as long as we can safely do so. The customer understands we cannot work through severe thunderstorms, high winds, extreme high or low temperatures, flooding or an accumulation of snow. If you need the area cleaned before your next scheduled service, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee it.

HOLIDAYS
Doggie Duty does not provide services on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. If your pick up day falls on one of these days, we will pick up the following week as your regular schedule follows.

BILLING
Doggie Duty bills on the 1st of each month. If more than 21 days have passed since your last scoop, a first time clean up fee will be applied. We will only pause service for periods of 30 days. After 5 days, the invoice is considered late and there will be a $2 late fee applied. After 10 days $5 and after 15 days there will be a $15 late fee.

LEAVES, DEBRIS AND TALL GRASS
We will always do our best to clean your yard the best that we can. We understand that maintaining your yard is a lot of work and it may not always be in the best shape. The customer understands that it can be very difficult to find dog poop in tall grass or in a yard full of leaves or other debris. If your grass is tall when we come, there may be
some dog waste that is missed. We will be back on our next scheduled visit and will get anything that was missed if yard maintenance is complete. If you find an excessive amount that we missed, please let us know as soon as possible at 318-737-0211.

SKIPPED OR CANCELED APPTS
Any appointments that are canceled within 24 hours, or we are unable to gain access will still be charged at 100%. I am not able to accommodate moving your scoop to the next week (if bi weekly), so we will continue schedule as it would be without any cancellations. If cancel your appointment, you will be charged 50% for the additional work the next week.

ADDITIONAL FEES
The following are items we charge extra for:
· Come Back request ($10/time)
· Waiting- If you make us wait to perform your cleaning ($10/visit)

PRIVACY POLICY
We may collect personal information from you on our Sites or through any other digital or personal communication with you. Information collected by us is voluntarily provided by you and may include information such as your name, email address, phone number, and physical address. Our Sites may collect general information about the service you
are requesting such as the type of property and area needing service, the type and number of pets you have, and general information about your pet’s behavior. We collect information about you in order to provide you with our services. We use personal information about our users for a variety of purposes related to our business, your information is for Doggie Duty use only. We will never sell your information or send it to third parties. We may provide user information to third-party service providers or vendors for purposes of, including without limitation, processing your payments or sending information to you, data tracking, maintenance or development of our System. We may also share your personal information in connection with law enforcement requests or in response to investigations, subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims or as otherwise required by law.

REVISIONS
Doggie Duty provides the above Services to you subject to the Terms, which may be amended from time to time without notice to you. Amendments will be effective upon our posting of such updated Terms to our website. We recommend you visit the Sites to review any changes in our practices. Your continued use of our Services shall constitute acceptance to any changes to the Terms. Some of the provisions contained in these terms of use may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our site.
