How it works

1. Sign up for services
Click on the free quote button, enter your zip code, and complete the signup process right on our website. If you have any questions, you can email us at doggiedutyy@gmail.com or call us at 318-737-0211.
3. Setup customer portal
Upon signing up, you will receive an email with your customer portal login information. There, you are able to enter your dog(s) info, view invoices, and more!
2. Schedule your initial cleanup
Once you sign up for services, we will reach out to schedule your initial cleaning and walk you through the process.
4. Attach Payment Method
All billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. You are able to set up automatic payments with a bank account or credit/debit card. Once auto pay is set up, Doggie Duty will generate your invoice and send you a receipt via email. These records can also be seen on the customer portal.
Then...Congratulations! You are officially a member of the Doggie Duty fam! You can start enjoying your fur babies without the stink or hassle of picking up their poop.
What to Expect on Your Service Day
Arrival Notification
We will send you an "on the way" text before your service begins. Customers are not required to be home at the time of service, but we do ask for easy access to cleaning areas and that no aggressive dogs be left put in the yard.
Cleaning Your Yard
We will arrive and start cleaning all the doggie doo. We will walk in a special route to minimize the chance of missing any dog waste. We will also walk your yard multiple times to ensure your yard is thoroughly clean.
Safety Procedures
Once your yard is poop-free, we will take and upload a photo of your closed gate. We will spray down all of our scooping equipment with kennel-grade disinfectant.
Pet Waste Disposal
We will haul away and dispose of the pet waste we remove from your yard.
